Fettuccine with finely choppedSummer truffles and gorgonzola

RECIPE FOR 2 PEOPLE:

1 glass of chopped summer truffles "Il Sapore del Molise"from 50g,
1 clove of garlic,
20g butter,
3 tablespoons of olive oil
Extra virgin,
50g Soft Gorgonzola,
