The idea of the company springs from a hobby shared in our family, the search for truffles, which is inseparable from the love of good Italian cuisine, the passion for nature and the care of culinary customs and traditions from the Molise.
The company independently manages the entire production cycle, from the procurement of the raw material to the packaging and resale of the finished product.
Each and every one of these products is the result of true and careful handwork done by our family as if everything was for our own consumption.
Our production facility is located in the southern Italian region of Molise, precisely in Busso, a small mountain village with about 1200 inhabitants, which belongs to the province of Campobasso.
It is a simple, quiet and generous land, of agricultural and peasant origins, to be discovered in its paths immersed in nature, among hills, lakes, sea and mountains, among perched villages teeming with the most ancient traditions, archaeological parks, woods, castles, churches and monasteries.
